We recently stayed at the Barn and were blown away by the stunning location and beautiful countryside surroundings. the property itself is clean, bright, and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. As a disabled person, I appreciated the accessibility of a ground floor bedroom. We would highly recommend the Barn to anyone looking for a peaceful UK holiday with plenty of nearby attractions.
Felt fine, nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel was very quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful night's sleep. the room was spacious and clean, with velux windows providing a beautiful view of the countryside. the breakfast offered a good selection of fresh items such as croissants, bread, jams, cereals, and yogurts. the owner was friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay.
One negative aspect was the intermittent wifi connection, which required the use of a booster code provided in the room.

I loved the fact that the barn had modern facilities and a countryside setting. the twin room was perfect for me and my daughter, and it was great having a TV in the room and free Wi-Fi. the location was also convenient, being close to the A38. Another advantage was the fully equipped kitchen and lounge area, which we had access to. It was so nice being able to make our own hot drinks and have a range of teas, coffees, and hot chocolate to choose from.
One thing that was a bit disappointing was the noise from the TV in the living room below our bedroom. It was quite disturbing, especially in the early mornings and late at night.

We loved the peaceful countryside location. Close to the motorway but still quiet. Excellent breakfast basket. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking our own meals.
Not obvious to find.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious and bright, with comfortable furnishings and everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with high-quality crockery and cookware, perfect for preparing meals. The host was fantastic, providing helpful information about the surrounding areas and ensuring our safety during our stay. The location was ideal, offering stunning views of the countryside and easy access to nearby attractions. We especially enjoyed the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a UK holiday getaway.
The low door frame in one of the bedrooms, which proved to be a challenge for our taller friend. However, this minor inconvenience did not overshadow our overall wonderful experience at this accommodation.

The value for money at Barn At Freemans Farm was exceptional. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was peaceful with lovely green surroundings. The staff, especially Carole, the owner, were friendly and provided helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants.
The only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a wider variety of options in the breakfast menu, especially for those with dietary restrictions.
